How many cell phones should one kid have?
My nine year old sister has . I think thats ridiculous.

Tell me youre joking. I agree with you thats ridiculous. My teens would love to have cells, but Im not paying for them. When they can pay for phones themselves, thats when theyll get them, but no way am I getting them now. Theres more important things they NEED than cell phones.
