Okii this may seem like a really stupid question but anywho..

to answer the first question yes, just make sure that his computer is not set to automatically synch. It it is it will REPLACE all the songs on your ipod. if its not, merely drag songs from his music folder into the ipod icon that appears in itunesbrbrto answer the second question not wo downloading quasilegal software
